SeMA NANJI Residency
SeMA NANJI RESIDENCY was opened in 2006 by renovating unused sewage treatment facilities on Nanjido, Seoul. It runs various programs designed to revitalize international exchanges, and provides studio spaces for promising new artists to allow them to concentrate on their artistic activities in a stable environment.
20 local artists move into this facility each year, and 12 foreign artsits are invited to participate in the programs for three months in each quarter.

SNR has various facilities, including:
- Studios A and B, which have 25 workshops equipped with simple room and board. They are open 24/7 in order to facilitate the activities of the artists in residence
- Two exhibition halls: various contemporary art and project exhibitions by the artsuts ub resudebce are hekd at this space
- Outside workspace for shared-use
- Sculpture garden
- Laundry room, bathroom, communal kitchen, parking, etc
