Description
Mandarina Borda is an Art, Geometry and Agroecology project, a place of creation and experimentation from which to rethink the interaction of man with his natural environment.
Located in the small town of Palmera (Valencia), a few kilometers from the sea and the mountains, its agricultural territory is basically made up of orange orchards.
Outcome
The artist will be able to show and present their work at the end of the residency in an open day.
Studio Information
The residency is organized for a maximum of three artists at the same time.
- The residence has 3 rooms for individual use. Dining room, kitchen and bathroom for shared use by residents.
- Workshop equipped with tools for woodworking…
- Study room, for carrying out 'clean' work
- Common work area, both indoors and outdoors.
- Orange orchard where you can also work and/or carry out construction work.
- WiFi connection.
- Visits to the emblematic places that make up the landscape.
- They help artists find the materials necessary to create their works.
The materials necessary to carry out the works and present them will be the responsibility of the artists.
