Studio Information
The art studio & library are specially designed for artists and creatives seeking a space to work and find inspiration. The art studio is situated in the tree canopy, featuring ample natural light, spacious work areas, and art supplies to nurture artistic endeavours. The studios are equipped with comfortable seating, easels, and art materials, creating an ideal setting for artistic exploration.
Our kiln for pottery is underway… They hold a library, A large terrace (a multidisciplinary space I.E performance art, projection) and instruments acquired from around the world. The garden it’s self is a living laboratory.
Accommodation Information
A palapa built on the principles of permaculture, with a double bed, en suit bathroom, a large living-dining room including a kitchenette equipped with fridge, stove and sink and a large patio that overlooks the jungle.
They can host 4 residents at once.
Groups as well as family and kids are welcome.
Location
Qualia is tucked away in the jungle, with a backdrop of bird song, from the tucans and toh. Communities from ancient Mayan lineage are still living and working in the nearby town of Macário Gomez, creating art crafts and other local activities.The area la zona maya is full of natural wonders such as cenotes, lagoons and archeological sites of the Mayan civilizations.
