A.I.R. Studio Paducah
A.I.R. Studio Paducah is an artist-in-residence studio and efficiency apartment located in the Lower Town Arts District of Paducah, Kentucky, six blocks from the Ohio River. They welcome self-motivated, focused artists working in a range of visual arts practices, as well as writers and composers. Residents are encouraged to have a clear objective for their residency. Stays usually range from two weeks to three months. Collaborative artists and couples are welcome to apply. Visits to local galleries and studios as well as short trips to regional arts facilities can open a range of networking possibilities. The A.I.R. studio building features a storefront with a front wall gallery space for exhibiting work while in residence. Artists may also conduct workshops at the studio during their stay.
